Refund Policy: Your right to cancel
- If you are not entirely satisfied for any reason whatsoever with your decision
to purchase a product from Style Jewellers you may request a full refund
within 10 days of receipt of your purchase.
We will refund the transaction in full to the credit/debit card used for the purchase.
The item must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and must not have been worn.
We check all returns for any signs of wear i.e. Small scratches.

You will be liable for the costs of returning the item to us.
If you do not return the item to us then we may charge you for the costs of recovering the goods.
Exceptions: Special Orders which include all Bien rings which are made to order.
Any other product which is not advertised on our website but is supplied on request by the customer.
Exchange Policy:

-Bien rings which have been made to order can be exchanged for a different size
if the size is incorrect when supplied.
Where we did not measure the finger size then a charge is payable for the size exchange
and this will be between £40.00 and £75.00 depending on the model and metal.
If we measured the finger size required and it is not correct when supplied
then it will be exchanged at no charge.
- Please return the item using Royal Mail Special Delivery with sufficient insurance.
Include your name, address, and receipt number and the details
of the item you would like to exchange the item for.

Customer Services
- If goods received are faulty or different from those ordered we will refund you in full
by crediting your credit/debit card.
- Our customer services is open Monday to Saturday 9.15am to 5.15pm
- All products are checked carefully before leaving the shop in perfect condition.
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Fraud Prevention
- All credit and debit card orders will be checked to verify the billing address
matches with the bank.
- Due to the high value of the products we sell we work closely with the fraud squad.
- Every fraud attempt will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
- We record every detail regarding the transaction.
Payment
- Payment for the goods can be made by any of the methods shown on the website.
- There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.
- You can place orders by Internet, phone or email.
You are welcome to visit the shop in person, we advise you phone first to confirm stock status.
- We accept all major credit/debit cards (excluding American Express)
Cheques: Business and Personal
- All prices on the website include VAT and Duty as applicable.
- We reserve the right to alter our prices should the government change the rate of VAT.
Privacy and Data Protection
- We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
Unless we are negligent we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
We will only use the information collected from you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
- We collect information to process the order and help provide a good service.
- We will not pass information to any third parties.
- We will not email you in the future unless it is to respond to any questions, queries or complaints you may have.
Applicable Law
- The terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts
will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
